The company needs a clear vision, a strategy that flows from it, and the discipline to execute consistently, without everything running through one person.

Rafiq means companion. The name reflects what we set out to be for founders: a steady, knowledgeable partner on a long journey.

Rafiq Business Solutions was created to serve entrepreneurs across the Middle East, South Asia, and North Africa. These are founders building something meaningful who often lack access to experienced, culturally aware counsel on how to turn a promising venture into a lasting company.

We know how hard it can be to build a company in emerging markets, and how often founders are left to figure it out alone. So we work differently. We are selective about who we take on, and when we commit to a founder, we commit for the long run. We stay through each stage until the company they set out to build can stand on its own.
